The Graham Library employs 20 to 25 students on a part-time basis during the academic year to assist in circulation services.
When do you hire? All hiring is done in March and at the beginning of April for jobs starting in September.
Where do you advertise? Student assistant hiring information is posted throughout the Trinity and Wycliffe campuses in March and here on our website. Follow Graham Library on Twitter to keep up to date. Please note: Job postings for the Graham Library are not listed on the UTL website.
How many student assistants do you hire each year?
Job availability varies each year, depending on the number of current Student Assistants returning in September.
How do I apply?
All students interested in applying for a Student Assistant job at the Graham Library must complete the online application form during the time period in which the job advertisements are posted. Application deadlines are strictly followed. Although all applications are welcome, only those called for an interview will be contacted.
